FEG AMD-65 Parts Kits are imported from Hungary and manufactured by the famous FEG arsenal. The AMD-65 is a unique Kalashnikov variant originally chambered in 7.62x39mm with the most notable features being the AMD65's reduced barrel length(compared to other Kalashnikovs at the time), it's wire folding stock, metal lower handguard and two opposing pistol grips(one workings as a fore grip). These kits came from contain a mixed of new parts, like the steamed beech wood AK-55 Style Checkered Grips and some surplus parts, such as the bolt, carrier, top cover and other metal parts. All together making a great package of parts for replacement parts for a firearm you have or, a new build. These kits do not include a Front Trunnion, Selector and Rear Sight Base. Metal parts are New Old Stock and will show some wear from storage and shipping.
To finish the kit build you will need to purchase a front trunnion, selector, receiver, barrel, rivets, possibly other small parts, and your 922r compliance parts to complete this kit build. We can ship this kit directly to you and no FFL is needed. Please make sure you comply with any Local, State or Federal laws with your project. All parts kits are sent Signature required to guarantee delivery. FFL not required, this is not a complete firearm.
Due to demilling and shipping the kit, the wood stock set and metal parts may show dings, gouges,wear and scratches. These kits do not include a Front Trunnion, Selector, or Rear sight base, they will need to be purchased separately in order to complete the kit(as well as barrel, receiver, etc.). We have included under "Bundled Products" items that will work to aid in completing the build.
Please Note:
AK47 rifle specifications will vary from rifle to rifle and fitting may be required on stock set parts. This can normally be easily done with a file or dremel tool. You will need to pre drill small pilot holes in the stock set before installing screws. Failure to do so may result in splitting and would void warranty. Any returns must be in original unmodified condition as shipped to you with all original packaging. Wood is a natural product, depth of color, darkness of color and wood grain may vary from set to set. There may be minor cosmetic imperfections to the wood surface. Does not include stock set screws or pistol grip hardware. Please feel free to email with any questions.
