New York Legal AK Rifle.This rifle is made for Atlantic Firearms by Riley Defense & is their poly stock version of the classic AK-47 rifle in semi automatic. These rifles are NY Safe Act legal because they do not have >> Bayonet lugs, Threaded barrels and there is no pistol grip. The pistol grip is replaced by a Spur Grip as shown in the pics(style of Spur grip may vary from picture). Chambered in 7.62x39 caliber each of the rifles is custom hand built and finished and the attention to detail. Each rifle comes complete with one 10 round mag and includes an integrated scope rail. Each rifle comes with scope mount rail on the left side of the receiver, an extend mag release and a bolt hold open safety. Comes with 1-10 rd magazine. It measures 35.25” in overall length. Rifle carries a 2 year warranty from Riley Defense. Please make sure you have spoken to you FFL transfer dealer before placing the order and clearly discussed we will be sending then to avoid any potential transfer issues.
