Colt M4A1 5.56 AR15 Rifle LE6920SOCOM is a a classic rifle that closely replicates the markings of the M4A1SOCOM Carbine that was issued to U.S. military personnel. The lower receiver has PROPERTY of THE US GOVT and M4A1 CARBINE. 5.56 MM markings. This barrel is a SOCOM 14.5 heavy barrel. It features the M203 flats that are part of the Knights Armament Rail System. These were added to increase barrel durability over extended periods of rapid fire. The barrel has an extended flash cover that has been pinned to the barrel and welded to a length of 16.1 inches. The SOCOM also includes a side sling swivel at gas block and an ambidextrous safety chooser. If you want a classic well built AR-15 Rifle than this model from Colt Firearms is just right for you.
